Oh man. The rage I feel this morning after last night's game as I write this is unfathomable. If for some reason you have no idea what happened last night, here's a quick summation. Yup, a disgustingly dirty hit that is reminiscant of the Matt Cooke/Marc Savard hit. What's worse is that Loui Eriksson stayed in Buffalo overnight to get looked at as the Bruins traveled home to get ready for San Jose.
But enough about that clown, the Bruins have to get ready to face a real hockey team tonight. Yeah, the SAn Jose Sharks are legit this year. I gave a bunch of people shit for picking them to win the Stanley Cup, but early this season – they're no point. Statistically, they currently lead the league with a +24 goal differential (goals for minus goals against). The next highest? Colorado at a +16.
They're stacked from the net out – much like the Bruins. In net, Antti Niemi is 8-0-1 with a 1.64 GAA (6th in the league) and a SV% of .930 (11th in the league). Their defense is sold and the San Jose wingers are not only explosive, but they're talented.
Plus there will be another awkward looking Hamilton on the ice as Freddie Hamilton will play against his brother Dougie.
Yeah, Dougie and Freddie.
Jesus Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton, they're going to be adults at some point – Freddie and Dougie aren't exactly name you'd be calling a thirty year old. Or at least I wouldn't. I don't know, I guess I don't know that many Freds or Dougs but if I did, I wouldn't call him Freddie or Dougie. It makes me feel creepy.
Speaking of creepy, am I the only one who wants to see if Joe Thornton lives up to his cock comment and see him score four tonight?

No, I'm not apparently.
I may be one of the few Bruins fans who hold no ill will towards Joe Thornton. I mean, he was a member of #TeamPooh for Christ sakes!
But I'm still fired up over John Scott so I apologize for the shortened preview.
Bruins Projected Lines
So this is a complete guess because I'm not sure what Claude will do with the lines and since it's a back to back game – I doubt there's going to be a morning skate.
